Honey Walnut Shrimp
Ingredients:
2 lbs large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
3 eggs + 2 Tablespoons water
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 cup flour
4 Tablespoons oil
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup water
2/3 cup sugar
For the Sauce:
2/3 cup mayo
1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
walnut pieces for garnish, optional
chopped green onion for garnish, if desired
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients. 
Set aside.
In a small sauce pan, add sugar and 1 cup water. 
Bring to a boil. 
Add walnuts.
Boil an additional 2 minutes. 
Drain and transfer the walnuts to a clean surface to cool.
Rinse shrimp.
Shake off excess water. 
Add flour to a large zip lock bag, 
Add shrimp. 
Seal and toss to coat shrimp in flour.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and 2 Tbs.water. 
In another small bowl, place panko crumbs.
Dip shrimp in the egg mixture, 
Toss in the Panko.
Coat well.
Heat oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat. 
Add shrimp.
 Saute shrimp 4-5 minutes until shrimps turn pink and coating is lightly browned. *
Add cooked shrimp to sauce bowl.
Toss to coat. 
Top with walnuts and garnish with chopped green onions if desired. 
Serve with cooked rice and broccoli.
* NOTE: If shrimp are precooked, only saute 1-2 minutes or until coating is browned.
