Low And Slow Baked Ribs


Preheat oven to 225 F.
Season ribs with marinade, rib rub, grill seasoning, or simple salt & pepper.
Place ribs, meat side down, in baking dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven.

Small baby back ribs take about 3.5 hours. 
Regular baby back or St. Louis style ribs take about 4 hours.
Drain off the drippings.

Flip the ribs - Be careful, they will be so tender they fall apart.
Brush with BBQ sauce and return to oven uncovered for an additional 20-30 min.
