Chili Chicken With Peppers And A Chili Corn Sauce


Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup chicken soup stock
1 each - red and green pepper, diced
1 cup frozen corn
2 green onions, chopped
2 Tablespoon. lime juice
1-2 teaspoons chili powder
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Directions:
Sprinkle some chili powder, salt and sugar on to the chicken. 
Grill the chicken until both sides are browned.

In a skillet, add in the soup stock, chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar, lime juice, corn, green and red peppers and green onions. 
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes. 
Top the grilled chicken breasts with sauce.
Serve.
