Ingredients
handful of fresh spinach
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, thinly sliced
1 cup asiago cheese, grated
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
thin slices of red onion
a pinch of red pepper flakes
olive oil
a prepared whole wheat pizza crust
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Roll crust out.
Brush with a teaspoon olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and whatever else you choose
Evenly distribute the artichokes and spinach.
Top with cheese.
Lay the onions and tomatoes over the cheese.
Add red pepper flakes.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
