Ingredients:
1 package of pre-mixed pizza dough at room temperature
3 Tablespoons olive oil plus more for drizzling
3 cloves garlic, minced
4-6 slices of prosciutto
1 ball of fresh Burrata cheese
1/4 cup roasted pistachios, chopped
Extra flour for dusting work surface
1 teaspoon cornmeal
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 500 F.
Place your pizza stone in oven.
Roll dough out thinly and large enough to fit on your pizza stone.
Let the dough rest for a couple of minutes.
Transfer the dough to a pizza paddle or upside down cookie sheet, dusted with flour.
Pour the olive oil onto the dough and spread evenly.
Smear the minced garlic on top.
Follow with slices of prosciutto.
Tear small pieces from the Burrata and drop randomly over the prosciutto.
Top with the pistachios.
Sprinkle the cornmeal on your pizza stone.
Carefully transfer the prepared pizza to the stone.
Bake about 7 minutes, or until the cheese starts to bubble and the prosciutto begins to crisp.
Drizzle baked pizza with a bit of olive oil before serving.
