Cheese Filled Pasta With Tomato-Basil Cream
Ingredients:
1 - 20 oz. package refrigerated four-cheese ravioli or 3 Cheese tortellini
1 - 16-oz. jar sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce
2 Tablespoons white wine
2 medium tomatoes, chopped (or 1 - 14.5 oz. canned diced tomatoes, drained)
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Pour Alfredo sauce into a medium saucepan.
Add wine to sauce jar.
Cover tightly.
Shake well.
Add to saucepan.
Stir in chopped tomatoes and basil.
Cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Toss with pasta.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
